Expo Congress Hotel, a member of Mellow Mood Hotels', was qualified into Hotelstars Union in 4-star category in 2011. In order to win the qualification, 270 requirements had to be fully complied by the elegant congress hotel.
The Hotelstars Union classification has been established by the hotel associations of Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Sweden and Switzerland in order to jointly develop a uniform set of requirements fulfilling all demands and needs of customers. The final system was built on the results of broad customer surveys.
